Chili Beer

This medium-bodied craft beer is born from our classic Amber Ale recipe, with a kick! Minimally hopped and generously flavored with pounds of fresh Anaheim, Jalapeño, Serrano, and Habanero chilis. A truly unique beer!

Ground Zero Pale Ale

A refreshing, classic-style Pale Ale with hints of tropical notes and a slight skunk spice provided by the Mosaic hops. Complemented by a mild biscuity malt build, resulting in a crisp, dry finish.

Hazy Shores IPA

This juicy IPA hits all the taste buds. In just the first sip, you will experience the silky mouthfeel of oats and wheat, balanced with hints of citrus and tangerine. Enjoy the journey, guided by 4 different styles of hops featuring low bitterness and a dry finish.

Light Beer

Light, crisp, and ultra-refreshing. This easy-drinking ale has subtle malt notes, a gentle hop finish, and a clean smooth body. Your new, go-to, anytime beer.

Pacific Pilsner 

Light-bodied and lightly hopped, this German-style Pilsner has a malty sweetness with a crisp, clean finish. Enjoy this easy drinker, perfect for any time of year. "Noch ein Bier, bitte! Prost!"

Paddle Me IPA 

This PNW IPA is resinous, with a hint of grapefruit, delivering on the hops while remaining balanced by bready malts. Medium-bodied with a dry finish.

Pooia Porter 

A bold yet approachable American-style Porter. This medium-bodied brew has a slight mocha finish. 

ABV: 6.1%

SantiAmber 

Rich in color, this medium-bodied brew has a soft, velvety, and slightly sweet caramel finish. Moderately hopped with PNW hop varieties for a well-balanced amber.

Black Bog Sour

This sour ale has been packed with real blackberry and cranberry and it’s brimming with sweet-tart flavor and aroma. A bog, a marsh, and a fen go into a bar. The bartender says, Wow, I'm swamped!

Buddy Bar Belgian Table Beer

Brewed in the spirit of a traditional Belgian table beer, this “abbey single” is deceptively simple and endlessly drinkable. Gentle malt flavors of grain and honey give way to subtle spice, citrus, and herbal notes with a dry, sparkling finish that invites another sip.

ABV: 5%

Caber Toss Scottish Ale

A malt-forward ‘wee heavy’ Scotch Ale, loaded with Special B and Peat malts, creating a full-bodied, dark, smoky and deliciously robust brew.

ABV: 7%

Experimental Hop Lager

This bright and hoppy lager is brewed with a brand-new, unreleased hop variety provided to us by our friends at the OSU Hops Breeding Program. We need your feedback on the aroma and flavor to report back to OSU — visit our taproom to sample a pint and help us shape the future of this experimental hop!

Hill St. Hefe

Our Hefeweizen is brewed in the Bavarian style, with just a taste of citrus. German Yeast gives our Hill St. Hefe a wonderfully balanced banana & clove flavor, while weizen (wheat) create a soft bready backbone.

ABV: 5% | 12 IBU

Irish Red

This smooth malt-forward beer has a balanced flavor profile, mild caramel sweetness and toasty malt notes. A subtle hint of roasted grains imparts a slight dryness in the finish of our beautiful copper-red brew. Sláinte!

Key Lime Pie Sour

Tart, creamy, and irresistibly nostalgic. This dessert-inspired sour ale is loaded with key lime puree for a bright citrus punch, layered with notes of smooth vanilla, graham cracker, and hints of cinnamon to bring the whole pie together. *Contains lactose

Peach Cobbler Sour

Bright and tangy with a luscious peach punch, this dessert-inspired sour ale layers fresh peach with graham cracker, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. Tart and juicy up front, it finishes with warm spice and a pie-crust sweetness that’s pure comfort in a glass. Like a fresh-baked cobbler, but with a pucker.*Contains lactose

Schwarzbier Dark Lager

Our Schwarzbier is a traditional German-style dark lager, medium-bodied with roasted malt flavors and subtle chocolate and coffee notes. It features low bitterness and a smooth finish, making it an ideal crisp brew for cooler months.

Turkish Coffee Stout - HIGH GRAVITY

A creamy oatmeal stout, upgraded with cold-brewed coffee roasted locally by Oregon Coffee & Tea. An elevated beer inspired by Vivacity Spirits Turkish Coffee Liqueur. Brewed with cardamom, cinnamon & vanilla for a one of a kind coffee stout. *Contains Lactose. Currently available on CO2 + Nitro
