Chili Beer

This medium-bodied craft beer is born from our classic Amber Ale recipe, with a kick! Minimally hopped and generously flavored with pounds of fresh Anaheim, Jalapeño, Serrano, and Habanero chilis. A truly unique beer!

Ground Zero Pale Ale

A refreshing, classic-style Pale Ale with hints of tropical notes and a slight skunk spice provided by the Mosaic hops. Complemented by a mild biscuity malt build, resulting in a crisp, dry finish. 

ABV: 5.5% | IBU: 35

Hazy Shores IPA

This juicy IPA hits all the taste buds. In just the first sip, you will experience the silky mouthfeel of oats and wheat, balanced with hints of citrus and tangerine. Enjoy the journey, guided by 4 different styles of hops featuring low bitterness and a dry finish. 

ABV: 7.0% | IBU: 35

Light Beer

Light, crisp, and ultra-refreshing. This easy-drinking ale has subtle malt notes, a gentle hop finish, and a clean smooth body. Your new, go-to, anytime beer.

Pacific Pilsner 

Light-bodied and lightly hopped, this German-style Pilsner has a malty sweetness with a crisp, clean finish. Enjoy this easy drinker, perfect for any time of year. "Noch ein Bier, bitte! Prost!"

Paddle Me IPA 

This PNW IPA is resinous, with a hint of grapefruit, delivering on the hops while remaining balanced by bready malts. Medium-bodied with a dry finish.

Pooya Porter 

A bold yet approachable American-style Porter. This medium-bodied brew has a slight mocha finish. 

ABV: 6.1%

SantiAmber 

Rich in color, this medium-bodied brew has a soft, velvety, and slightly sweet caramel finish. Moderately hopped with PNW hop varieties for a well-balanced amber.

Boxcar Brown Ale

This true brown ale offers a delightful balance of soft nuttiness and a slight caramel flavor that’s sure to please your palate. Lightly hopped and medium-bodied; the perfect companion for those who appreciate rich, yet smooth, craft brews.

D.R.’s Coffee Kölsch

A collaboration beer by sibling brewers, Dani and David Raiche, combining the talents of Calapooia Brewing Co. and McMenamins' High St. Eugene. Featuring McMenamins' Ethiopian coffee, blending rich coffee notes with a lightly fruity aroma and subtle grain finish for a smooth, flavorful beer.

ABV: 5.3% | 2 IBU

Experimental Hop Lager

This bright and hoppy lager is brewed with a brand-new, unreleased hop variety provided to us by our friends at the OSU Hops Breeding Program. We need your feedback on the aroma and flavor to report back to OSU — visit our taproom to sample a pint and help us shape the future of this experimental hop!

Hill St. Hefe

Our Hefeweizen is brewed in the Bavarian style, with just a taste of citrus. German Yeast gives our Hill St. Hefe a wonderfully balanced banana & clove flavor, while weizen (wheat) create a soft bready backbone.

Ice Bucket ‘Cold’ IPA

Savor the crisp and refreshing taste of our Cold IPA, brewed with 20% rice and fermented with lager yeast for a light, dry finish. Experience vibrant notes of stone fruit, dank pine, and tropical flavors from the 2025 exclusive Ales for ALS™ hop blend.

Key Lime Pie Sour

Tart, creamy, and irresistibly nostalgic. This dessert-inspired sour ale is loaded with key lime puree for a bright citrus punch, layered with notes of smooth vanilla, graham cracker, and hints of cinnamon to bring the whole pie together. *Contains lactose

Luminosa Fresh Hop IPA

Fresh, glowing, and straight from the vine. This Fresh Hop IPA is brewed with same-day harvested Luminosa® hops, bursting with radiant notes of peach, mango, and candied orange peel. A gentle floral lift and soft tropical sweetness round out the sip, balanced by a crisp, refreshing bitterness. It’s a luminous expression of the harvest season in a glass.

Märzen - Amber Lager

This rich, amber Märzen is built on a foundation of 70% Munich malt, delivering deep, toasty malt character with notes of fresh-baked bread, biscuit, and a hint of caramel. Smooth and medium-bodied with a clean lager finish, it balances malt depth with subtle noble hop bitterness.

On Wednesdays We Wear Pink Lemon-Hibiscus Gose

This brew is so not a regular Gose-it’s a cool Gose. Bursting with real lemon zest and hibiscus petals, it brings major citrus attitude right up front. A dash of sea salt keeps things balanced with a tangy finish. Light bodied, unapologetically pink, and totally fetch.

Peach Cobbler Sour

Bright and tangy with a luscious peach punch, this dessert-inspired sour ale layers fresh peach with graham cracker, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. Tart and juicy up front, it finishes with warm spice and a pie-crust sweetness that’s pure comfort in a glass. Like a fresh-baked cobbler, but with a pucker.*Contains lactose

Turkish Coffee Stout - HIGH GRAVITY

A creamy oatmeal stout, upgraded with cold-brewed coffee roasted locally by Oregon Coffee & Tea. An elevated beer inspired by Vivacity Spirits Turkish Coffee Liqueur. Brewed with cardamom, cinnamon & vanilla for a one of a kind coffee stout. *Contains Lactose
